REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date for return instructions.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted after 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We happily accept exchanges, please email us with your exchange request.
Be sure to check for any discrepancies or defects prior to wearing your item.
We do our best to inspect every garment before shipping, however if there is a chance something gets by us, contact us immediately.
If the problem is Our Fault, we will cover All shipping costs both ways and send you a replacement item immediately.
We do NOT however, cover Return Shipping for any other Exchanges or Returns.
Exchanges will be made at our discretion. We will not accept a return for any items that appear to have been washed or worn. Any returned garment with any sign of wear such as washing, perfumes, cigarette smell etc... will be returned to you.
USPS First Class for returns is fine and low cost, typically under a few dollars.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will refund you the total of the item and tax only.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, processing time varies per your credit card company or processor.
